Am I responsible for Maintenance?
Yes, you are responsible for walkaround checks. This includes maintaining correct fluid levels (like AdBlue and engine oil), tyre pressure, and reporting any defects or damage immediately to us.
Is insurance included?
No, you would be required to provide a copy of your fleet insurance policy.
Do I Need to return my vehicle with Fuel?
Yes, vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as when they were collected.
Can we Extend Our vehicle hire length?
Yes, vehicle hire periods can be extended, subject to vehicle availability
What if I go over my agreed mileage?
Mileage is agreed in your initial contract. Any mileage over your agreed allowance will be charged on a per-mile basis
What is your minimum and maximum hire length?
Our minimum hire period is 3 months, and our maximum hire period is 3 years.

Can we add our own Telematics?
Yes, you can add your own telematics system to any of our vehicles.
If you plan to install telematics equipment, please let us know in advance so we can ensure it is
